Lakefront Condo at West Block Est. 1928

The Lakefront condo is part of the West Block Est. 1928 development and is currently under construction at the corner at Lakeshore Blvd W and Bathurst St.  The sister building is the Lakeshore condo which is part of the same project. Once complete, estimated to be in 2019, the Lakefront condo will be 37 storeys tall. An impressive anchoring feature of the final project will be a large Loblaws grocery store occupying a substantial part of the ground level floor plate of West Block.
